Lost time to a couple of silly things:

1. After the mushroom kill it didn't trigger the area exit even though I was at the very bottom of the screen, took a few seconds to realize and move up/down again to trigger it.
2. I accidentally didn't charge long enough on the bank shot to activate the Mimic's switch, and it took me a couple of seconds to correct it.

Other than that, a few movement imperfections here and there, but mostly solid.
