Can you catch all 151 pokemon without glitches or cheating, or are there some pokemon you can't catch normally because of glitches?

You can catch only 124 pokemon without glitches and trades. Including the starters you don't pick, the other 2 eeveelutions (only 1 eevee per save), the fossil you don't pick (omanyte/kabuto), the pokemon that only evolve by trading like alakazam, gengar and machamp, the hitmon you dont pick (lee or chan), pokemon with version exclusives and finally mew who is event exclusive. By trading, you can get all 150 pokemon, missing only mew.
