Saved a frame rule in Mario, lost a bit in Tetris.

Could save one more frame rule in Mario and about 0.68s in Tetris, so about one more second. Might be a second frame rule in Mario if I can re-route Tetris for 10300 but missing those goombas ups the difficulty substantially for me.
