Which version is slower, PAL or NTSC? and do you have a way of translating the times because there is a disadvantage in times based on frame rate so possibly subcategories for PAL and NTSC? Hello guys I am new but I have played this game since I was a child.

I'm pretty sure that the ntsc and pal framerate difference stopped being a thing back in like 2005, i could be wrong though.
