Got a nice run together. Was short of slate for Jayma which added 30s. Also had trouble with Tigri jumps, costing me all the advantage I was going to get from carrying more meat (guts bag 2) and not having to hunt after defeating Tigri. Then I also had to chase the first Snowblood quite a bit. It could easily be 30s faster.
