Thanks to Squid for reminding me about gadget cancelling after catching the first monkey. Saved a small bit of time there as well as walking off the edge instead of jumping. I can definitely get a 17.5 or lower here but the second monkey is a pain and the last monkey is just hard to catch optimally since you have to jump.
