Aggro the teal base with a paladin, and use Petards to break in (you only need 3~4 for both gates, depends on the pathfinding), then tank the castles with a ram (garrisoning 2 initial swordsman + 2 trained militia to speed it up) and then snipe the target with archers/cannoneers.
